I want every experience with A Creative Pause to feel considered and generous — and that includes being clear about what happens if plans change. Please read this before you purchase.

WORKSHOPS & EVENTS

Workshop bookings

Because workshop places are limited and materials are prepared in advance, the following cancellation terms apply:

More than 14 days before

Full refund

7-14 days before

50% refund

Fewer than 7 days before

No refund

If you can no longer attend, you're welcome to transfer your place to a friend — just let me know their name before the event.

In the unlikely event that I need to cancel or reschedule, you will be offered a full refund or a transfer to the next available date.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Downloads & digital content

By completing your purchase of a digital product, you acknowledge that the content is made available to you immediately and that you waive your right to the standard 14-day cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

All digital sales are therefore final. If you have any concerns about a product before purchasing, please get in touch — I'm always happy to help you decide if it's right for you.
